Proofs

Once we receive an order form from you we will proceed to set up your proof, which will be emailed to you within 24 hours for viewing and approval. We offer 2 FREE proofs, if further proofs are required we make a charge of £10.00 per proof.

When you are happy with your proof, we ask you to call us with your approval and payment details. From this point your stationery should be with you within 48 hours, with the exception of thermographed (raised ink) stationery which takes 10 - 14 days.

Selecting a Product

We have tried to make ordering stationery from Heritage as simple as possible. However, every single product we produce is bespoke, which means that the combination of elements in our stationery is endless!

We have laid out on our site the most popular designs we produce, these can all be amended to suit your personal taste.

Once you have decided on the product of your choice, simply proceed onto the order form below your chosen item and fill in the fields to suit your requirements.

Delivery

Heritage Stationery prides itself on its quality of service, coupled with speed of delivery.

We beautifully wrap and pack all stationery in our beautiful boxes and deliver to your door.

For birth and bereavement stationery we will always endeavour to get your announcements to you within 2 working days from approval of proofs.
For all other stationery, we try to work on the same 2 day delivery, however, to avoid disappointment please allow 3/4 working days, and be prepared to be pleasantly surprised!

All Heritage parcels for a UK delivery are sent out by our Courier Service, or airmail outside UK. In all cases a signature will be required so that we can ensure safe delivery.
