Making A Purchase - Payment

For all online purchases we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and most debit card payments. Payment is taken after final approval of proof and before printing commences, securely by telephone.
You will be able to customize personal stationery using the online order form. The order form allows you to customise text, typeface choices, ink choices, motifs before going to sending us your order.

We will artwork your order and send you a proof for approval via email. We agree to send up to 2 free proofs for viewing, further proofs are charged at £10.00 each.

Your proof will be emailed within 48 hours of your order placement and payment is required on approval. We will make every effort to faithfully illustrate paper and ink colours, reproduced on-screen , however, this may vary slightly from the actual product.
If requested we will post samples and proofs for approval

Formation of a Contract.

When you place an order to purchase a product from us, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when you approve your emailed proof, we then we take payment for and dispatch the order to you. We do not charge for orders until proofs are approved.

All offers are subject to availability. Prices shown are correct at the time of publication. Prices shown in GBP (£) include VAT at current rates. We reserve the right to change prices without notice prior to acceptance of any order.

Changes to the Order

We will not accept any responsibility for errors on proofs that have been approved at sign off.

Dispatch times.

Your stationery is put into production only following approval of your proof and full payment. These items are normally dispatched within 48hrs of approval, with exception to specialist print process, such as Thermograpy, for this process please allow 10 working days dependant upon the product(s) ordered..
We will always make best efforts to dispatch every order as soon as possible.

Delivery

Orders within the UK are sent via our courier service and require a signature on delivery; therefore, we are unable to dispatch to a P.O.box.

Delivery times are approximately Next business day from dispatch. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order or call us with your payment details.

We do our best to deliver all orders within 2 business days of receiving approval of proof or final details. We send all parcels out by Courier within UK or tracked airmail outside UK. Delivery aims for the rest of the world are as follows:

Western Europe: 3 days
Outside Europe: 5 days

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us, we may: store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage .


Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Time for delivery shall be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by in advance of the quoted delivery date


Personalised Product Returns & Refunds

We cannot accept responsibility for errors not picked up at proofing.

All personalised products are made to order. That's why we regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we have made an error in fulfilling your order, we shall promptly correct or replace the items supplied to you. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Complaints regarding personalised bespoke stationery items must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery or they will not be considered.

Cancellations

Cancellation will incur the cost of all work completed to the date of notice of cancellation. This may include preparation of proofs or artwork; Thermography, invitation construction and envelope tissue lining.

By sending your details to us, you acknowledge that you have read the following and agree that we may use information about you to fulfill any order, to contact you about any order or other products or services that may be of interest to you and for more general administrative and operational purposes.

Although we take reasonable measures to help ensure the security of information in its possession, you acknowledge that the Internet is an open network and the transmission of information over the Internet is not controlled by us. You have certain rights under applicable law including the right to access or correct

Losses

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
